Varossieau&Co. Holding B.V. is an independent family-owned holding company based in Breda, the Netherlands, with activities in Knokke, Belgium. Founded in 2005, it builds businesses, invests its own capital in entrepreneurs and companies, grows brands and owns long-term interests in companies and real estate.

Varossieau&Co. Holding B.V. is the family investment vehicle of the Varossieau family. It is not a fund and does not manage outside money: every investment is made with the family's own capital, with no fixed exit date. The holding is Dutch, headquartered in Breda, while the family is based across the Netherlands and Belgium.
