02 · How we decide
We invest in what we understand, alongside people we like, with our own money. We look for businesses and assets that can compound for a decade or more, and we prefer clear ownership over complex structures. No single company or cluster should dominate the holding long term.
03 · What we do not do
We do not raise or manage third-party capital, we do not run a fund with a fixed term, and we do not invest in things we cannot explain in a single sentence.
